In the course of the workshop inspection with replacement of defective components the span of the crane was adapted to 7,5 m which will allow a secure stopping of future operation.

In addition to that the gantry crane was equipped with a double rail trolley controlled by a manually movable pendant floor control. Reconstruction and adaptation of the steel construction of the gantry crane was made in Essen. After processing of the construction parts they received a priming coat.

Relocation and complete assembly

As reliable partner for transport und logistics TEICHMANN CRANES organised the transport of the undivided crane bridge and all other components to the construction site. Mounting of rails and reassembly were monitored by a TEICHMANN supervisor.
