Women’s Day at TEICHMANN CRANES in Essen

The action „Women’s Day at TEICHMANN CRANES“ was a big surprise for the male colleagues who did not know anything about it before. The action was very well received by all of them and it was a lot of fun for the female colleagues.

Most of the colleagues noticed quickly that something was different this morning because all female colleagues wore the same polo shirt in dark blue which is the TEICHMANN company colour.

An employee said winking: „As women are outnumbered here, they have to stick together. And why shouldn’t we communicate this today”.

Above all she appreciates the team spirit among the colleagues and the appreciative way of interaction with each other. And she also appreciates that having some fun is always possible at work, which is shown by this action.
