For a concrete plant in Israel, TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a used and refurbished double-girder overhead crane 10t x 24.35m in a record time of only 4 weeks.

The overhead crane built in 2006 was refurbished by TEICHMANN CRANES in Essen and adapted to the customer’s specifications. For example, all drive units such as hoists, crane travel gear and trolley travel gear were completely refurbished, as were the two separately and individually movable double-rail trolleys including radio control and the entire electrics of the crane. The steel construction was tested of routine and painted afterwards.

In addition, the span of the crane was shortened from 24,350 mm to 24,000 mm. For the transport to Israel in a 40-foot container the crane bridge was cut. On site, the crane brdige will be welded together again by the customer.
