Pneumatic gantry crane RTG for leading chemical company
The used gantry crane, which previously was used for transporting precast concrete elements, was rebuilt for its new purpose, the handling of special tank containers. The span was increased from 5.60 m to 9.30 m and the lifting height was adjusted from 6.5 m to 9 m. In order to adapt the pneumatic gantry crane to the existing VDL spreader, TEICHMANN CRANES also designed and manufactured a special load adapter to match the bolt connection of the existing spreader that was on-site.
