Marcel Druschke is a longstanding employee and he began his career at TEICHMANN CRANES in the sectors of fabrication and assembly. After an advanced training he continued his education for some years as service technician in the TeichmannGroup. During this time period he gained further qualifications as state recognised technician in the field of mechatronics with focus on machine and plant engineering. In February 2014 he finally returned to TEICHMANN CRANES as project manager in order to strengthen the growing team of service technicians. Since November 2015 Marcel Druschke is the new manager of the Crane Service Department.

Urban Lehmkühler comments on the new appointment of Marcel Druschke: „With his education and experience in crane service gained over years, his skills in project management and his marked team orientation he provides the optimum conditions for developing and improving our Service Team at the location of Essen.”
