Delivery of a refurbished double-girder overhead travelling crane 2 x 5t x 22.5m in just 6 weeks!

For the transport of steel pipes, TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a refurbished, double-girder overhead travelling crane in only 6 weeks. The span of the crane was shortened from 23.5m to 22.5m and a new trolley frame was designed to accommodate 2 hoists transporting the steel tubes in crane travelling direction.

In addition, the entire mechanics and electrics of the crane were overhauled and the crane control system was converted to a radio control system. The crane was mounted on the customer's existing crane runway in the production hall.

Even after delivery, TEICHMANN CRANES continues to suppport the customer regarding crane service and can always act quickly due to it's local closeness.
