For the construction of a new launching pad for the Ariane 6 space rocket, TEICHMANN CRANES delivered a double-girder gantry crane in just three months to to the spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana. From here the European Space Agency regularly fires space rockets.

An old harbour crane from 1971, which had been dismantled and stored after the port closure of the St. Johann port in Basel in 2010, is now being rebuilt on the other side of the river at the Klybeckquai and made accessible to the public in the form of a year-long café.

Two years ago Brunnhuber Cranes Germany equipped the complete natural-gas power station of “Stadtwerke Essen” (municipal utility of Essen) with a total of 6 brand new cranes. This year the “Block Fortuna” started operation.
