Ultimately the previously unequipped warehouse can now be used as a heavy load-bearing hall. The entire assembly of the crane at the customer’s site was completed in only 1 week.

As a special feature, the crane was equipped with the Kranfit maintenance box, the maintenance tool of the TeichmannGroup. The Kranfit maintenance box is an electronic online maintenance system, which enables a use-dependent maintenance and servicing of crane systems – independent of manufacturer and crane age. All crane assemblies and individual components are being continuously monitored and controlled with regard to their life cycle and operating period. Due to the boxes documentation, control and reporting functions, unscheduled breakdowns and unnecessary maintenance and maintenance costs can be drastically reduced by providing customized and usage-dependent maintenance intervals. Moreover the user can always keep an eye on his crane in real-time via e-mail or via message and is therefore fully informed.
