TEICHMANN CRANES in Essen, Germany constructed and manufactured the gantry crane within just 6 months.
The crane is equipped with frequency converter control, which allows precise load handling and control of the crane. A dangerous swaying of the load is thus prevented, which is essential especially when handling the up to 100t heavy precast concrete parts.
In addition, the crane has regenerative converters that feed the braking energy of the crane back into the grid. The lighting of the crane is guaranteed by energy-saving LED lights.
Furthermore, the crane has state-of-the-art crane chassis, which were specially developed by the TeichmannGroup. The crane wheels can be readjusted at any time to the required operating tolerance so that excessive abrasion can be avoided.
