As a long-term employee, Paul Kosub already gained valuable insights into the different business units of the company during his apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade. After completing his apprenticeship, he initially worked as a project manager for dismantling, production and assembly, before moving to sales as a sales representative. During this time, he also obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
